Timing is rule #1. Fish at their bottom

The recent plunge in our 2nd liner stocks were severe. Even mkt mover 
super investor Uncle KYY informed us, that he also encountered margin call. 
The drop in price was swift n drastic.
With prices these low, even pure FA fellows with long term hold could turned
fearful while others might be selectively greedy.
  
Today many of our 2nd liner stocks r all simultaneously lined up at 
MacD Daily GC(golden crossed), signalling a nice bottom was established
to usher in better days ahead.
We can dare to hope for them to sprint up to life 1 by 1.
Let's get back to some work once again.
Take a bit of Risk, enter on dips this week only for super fast trade. 
Or Fish at their bottom when u see deep red colour quotes on our screen.

Understanding timing the mkt could be easier than toiling days trying
to extract, understand, extrapolate n guess the FA #s. 
There exists a simple way to read the mkt. Why r there not many educated 
people interested in looking at it ? Try n u'll like it more, I promise.
FA is good. With TA it is far better.

Have u ever heard this before ?
EX:  It is not so clever to buy VS/HEVEA at 127/137 to see it went to highest
of 169/179 n dropped to 116/116 without selling at its tops.
I 'kena niceely' this senario before n I told myself there must be a better way
to the mkt.
Hope to be surrounded by more like-minded people who believe in timing the mkt.

Simply put, after every purebear, purebull will arise. n the cycle repeats itself.
It's quite like Sine wave we learned in math, except that the 0 axis is wavy n perplex. 
Importantly, we only need to test n master the 3 types of financial waves
forming the Primary, Major n Minor phases of mkt life. Use this to adjust your
core holdings accordingly to long, medium n short term respectively.
Good to have a deep understanding of this mkt Structural Foundation. 

This is called the Stock Mkt Timing Template. U must have 1 that works.

Only on this can we build our financial asset year after year in good times n bad.

Have u ever been into a jungle n wonder how r u going to get out safely? 

The same applies to stock mkt.

I did call a right timing pt for rebound basing on DOW's movement.

Mkt darling stocks r back to life again. They r mostly Uncle KYY's
stocks. The rebound could be substantial this time. 
Good to see smiling faces around while still celebrating CNY.

The retracement targets could be located at Fibonacci ratios :
38%, 50% or 62% 
However, these #s are only useful for estimating areas of resistance.
Use it for trading guidance.

HAPPY & PROSPEROUS CNY 2016. But be EXTRA CAREFUL WITH STOCK MKT for rest of this year.

After multi years of purebull run since Mar 2009, DOW had seen its 
current record peak set in May 2015.

History always repeat in a similar fashion in stock mkt.
When DOW peaked, mkt will fall in stages leading to a deadly crash.
On average this purebear primary phase takes between at least 1 year to even
2 years to complete. So we can start counting from May 2015 onward. 
To spot n call the final bottom between 1 yr to 2 yrs is a difficult task to
achieve. This is the time period most fearful of by stock players, both
investors and traders too. 
IF u can have a way to catch this bottom like in Mar 2009, u r the 
perfectionist for the stock mkt. 
Then CASH is king. It enables u to buy anything especially very good A-ones at cheap prices. 

Meantime, do something to safe guard your portfolio.
To corporate CEOs, be careful not to commit big borrowing, M&A, or 
begin a big project during this phase.

Investors' turn to hate split/bonus of HEVEA, VS, TOPGLOV etc. tis the Correct way to BONUS issue

Mkt is testing the strength of cos. post extra large split n bonus issues.

The chips of  HEVEA, VS, TOPGLOV ...  etc r dropping fast like domino pieces.

This hangover is the after effect of over supply of their split n bonus shares in bad times.

All fanatic FA fellows said that there is zero organic value to split n bonus issue in the long term. To a certain extend, I agree with them but not on the speed of price increase in immediate term.

i. A very good case study to do is that done and operated very well by the AIG before the deadly sub-prime crisis.

Hank Greenberg, a clever Jew engineered an explosive rise of AIG in its hey days.
Imagine this, AIG was rated 3 big A, AAA. Msia as a country garnered a mere Bcc or lower, I guess.
I learned that AIG's scripts count only doubled in 5 yrs as the earnings increased in tandem.
AIG had a superb CF advisory who had prior market knowledge learned from study done by Harvard biz school, i.e. 3 small bonus issues in 5 yrs.

Each time AIG stock price went above USD$100-150, a bonus issue was announced. After ex the lower price will gradually moved up n up to above 100 to 150 range. When this was achieved, a small fraction of bonus issue was again announced. 

I remembered reading AIG's announcements on the 3 bonus issues. The letters written on 3 occasions were almost the same word by word and line by line. The only difference was the date, the # or ratio of bonus issue. This co. seems to be run mechanically.
This simple and safe way to wealth creation is set in motion.
Simply incredible, IF high priced co. like LATITUD wants to follow this amazing duplication plan.

ii. We want funds to hold plc like LATITUD forever.
Many funds in Msia are not allowed to buy fresh stocks below Rm2. More so among the foreign big spenders.
So stocks with prices below rm2 after over size generous split n bonus issues, beware.
The funds might begin to get out when the mkt gets tough or co. transaction is questionable.
New funds are very unlikely to come in. So there goes the demand for their scripts and stocks out-performance going forward. 
Once upon a time, the fastest growing plc in msia, KNM was forced to experiment with a reverse split. But the funds fraternity did not trust the co. anymore. 

iii. Free Warrant issue provides immediate 'steroid' effect to fast reward but the earnings dilution is forever. Unless the earning growth is super fast enough, the valuation has to come down.

Warrant issue is best done during purebear bad mkt condition. 
GAMUDA with 3 right timing warrant issues, did it very well during its growing years.

Simply amazing msia boleh n gungho operators.
Those stocks r likely flirting on their tops.

Even the world strongest sector in Bio-tech n Biopharma stocks
have begun to crash. The big global name stocks in drugs r plunging down
10 to 20% a day for 2 days in a row now.

The world most bullish ETF is BIB, the 2 X velocity Biotech ETF. 
BIB was at $8.80 on 04.01.12 n it went purebull to a record high of $106 set on 20.07.15. 
It has since then crashed to $53 today.

Next, the Tech stocks r shaking.

US Presidential cycle has kicked in.
It's clear shouting time for the aspiring politicians for presidency.
The loudest among them will be known.
They'll do whatever n that will be really bad for stock mkt in the interim. 

To contain risk, trade the velocity ETFs in US mkt with bias view to bear.
bcos in US, habitually some individual stocks can crash to ground 0 on slight bad news.

Extreme risk is around.
